Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants in Dover is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations. The role is permanent with a pay rate of £14.50 per hour and a start date of 17th August 2026. Hours: Monday to Thursday 17:00–20:00, Friday 13:00–17:00.

A current valid Basic DBS is required. You will lead the cleaning team, assign daily tasks, perform quality checks, monitor stock levels, and ensure health and safety compliance.

• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Valid Basic DBS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the cleaning team to maintain high standards.
• Allocate daily tasks and manage staff rotas.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure all cleaning duties are completed.
• Monitor stock levels and report equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Train and support team members where required.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed.
