Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a school site in Ramsgate. You will supervise a team of cleaners, monitor standards, and perform quality checks to maintain hygiene and safety.

The role is a 13-week contract with an immediate start. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership and COSHH knowledge, and be committed to health & safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of COSHH and cleaning best practices.
• Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations and supervise a team of cleaners.
• Maintain high cleaning standards and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed on site.
• Monitor compliance and coaching of staff as needed.
