Job summary

Churchill Group in Poole seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to uphold high cleaning standards across Manorside Academy – Evering Ave, Poole. The role involves supervising a small team and ensuring safe, clean environments.

You will train new staff, liaise with clients as needed, and support the Site/Account Manager. The position is 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 16:00–18:30, permanently for 39 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Account Manager to maintain cleaning standards across all sites.
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Liaise with clients as required to meet expectations.

Contract Type: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 12.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 18:30

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Manorside Academyare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
