The Cleaning Service provides an essential service throughout the County of Carmarthenshire. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the County's premises including office buildings, residential homes, and commercial facilities to ensure people can live and work in a clean and safe environment. Our service needs a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Area Cleaning Manager. Our ideal candidate will already have experience in a cleaning role, be able to work with and manage a team of people, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that all areas are spotless and free of clutter. As a Cleaning Supervisor, your duties will include training, overseeing, and coordinating the cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
