Job summary

• Previous supervisory experience within Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management.
• Experience managing frontline teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and travelling between sites.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure cleaning standards, KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Manage staffing, absence, recruitment and operational cover.
• Support periodic deep cleans and emergency cleaning requirements.

• Monitor consumables, equipment and stock levels.

Salary: £29,350 + Company Van

Location: Mobile - Regional Coverage

Contract: Permanent | Monday - Friday

We are recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing cleaning operations across multiple client sites.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for managing frontline cleaning teams, maintaining service standards and ensuring contractual requirements are achieved.
