Job summary

Norse Commercial Services Limited is seeking a Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead a small on-site cleaning team at a partner site. The role is part-time, 16 hours per week, with specified shifts from Monday to Friday.

You will oversee service delivery, coordinate staff, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Norse cleaning has a successful service partnership **Thetford Academy **and we are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor on-site. This position is a permanent part-time role offering 16 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 15:30-18:45 Fri 15:30-18:30.

Alongside supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service, it will be your responsibility to co-ordinate a small on-site team of cleaners, ensuring;

• Service levels are communicated and achieved.
• Equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required.
• Attendance and time management is monitored.
• Health and safety guidelines are observed onsite.

Our Successful Candidate:

You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.

Alongside this, you;

• Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public.
• Have good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others workload.
• Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service.
