Job summary

Norse Group is recruiting a Cleaner for Thetford Academy in East Anglia. The role offers part-time hours (10 hours/week) at £12.71 per hour, with on-site responsibilities and a DBS requirement upon successful appointment.

You will perform basic cleaning duties, liaising with on-site clients, and ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable.

Cleaner – Thetford Academy .

£12.71 Per hour.

Monday to Friday 17:45-19:45 10 hours per week.

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with Thetford Academy and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part time basis.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will;

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site.
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times.
• Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable.
