Responsibilities

HG Recruitment is currently recruiting a Cleaning Site Supervisor in Taunton to support a Special Educational Needs School. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone with cleaning experience who is confident taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day organisation of a small cleaning team.

Pay & Working Hours

• £15.00 per hour

Part‑time evening position with a 5:00pm start, working approximately 2 3 hours per shift. The role operates in line with the school calendar, including standard summer, half‑term and school holiday breaks.

The Role

As Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will complete your own allocated cleaning duties whilst overseeing the daily activities of the wider cleaning team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out daily cleaning duties alongside the team
• Coordinating and overseeing cleaning tasks
• Ensuring required cleaning standards are consistently maintained
• Supporting and providing direction to cleaning team members
• Checking that allocated areas and tasks have been completed

Requirements

As this position is based within a Special Educational Needs School, an Enhanced DBS is required.
