Job summary

Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to lead a dynamic cleaning team across accommodations and facilities in the UK. You will drive high standards, manage budgets and resources, and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cleaning Manager / Housekeeping Manager or similar leadership role in cleaning ops or facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing large teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
