Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to lead a busy cleaning team across our accommodations and facilities. You will set high standards, guide performance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, offering career development, fully funded qualifications, and a bonus up to 10% with onsite accommodation if needed.

Formación

• Experience leading large cleaning/housekeeping teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
