Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our FM segment and to be based at Adanac Park in Southampton. Working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5.00am–9.00am. Pay is £12.71 per hour.

The Enhanced family friendly package includes health, maternity/paternity and shared parental leave, and other wellbeing supports. Responsibilities include cleaning to the premises specification, maintaining floors and toilets, waste disposal, refilling consumables, reporting faults, and

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.

Pay: £12.71 per Hour.
