Job summary

PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES UK LIMITED is seeking a Cleaning Operative at Swan Walk Shopping Centre in Horsham to join a site open seven days a week.

You will follow on-site cleaning specifications, work 30 hours per week with rolling rota including early shifts (0600-1200), mid shifts (0900-1500) and late shifts (1400-2000). Weekend work is required, overtime available to cover sickness and holidays.

Full training provided; good attention to detail and reliable team member wanted.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but full training provided.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
• Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Customer service
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

Job description

Cleaning Operative

• Swan Walk Shopping Centre, Horsham RH12 1HQ
• 30 hours per week
• Shift Patterns are on a rolling Rota
• Rota to be shared at interview stage but will involve 0600-1200, 0900-1500, 1400-2000
• must be able to work weekends due to site being open 7 days a week
• Overtime available, holiday cover etc.

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
