Job summary

BAM FM are recruiting cleaners to be based out of NHS setting in Bracknell. The role is 15 hours per week, 6.00pm - 9.00pm Monday - Friday, with an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour.

As part of the role you will clean to the specified standards, maintain floors and toilets, manage waste, restock consumables and report any maintenance needs. You will be expected to promote health and safety for staff and visitors at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
