Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise; flexible with hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment as required.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training; keep records of completion.
• Respond to incidents such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock, and submit orders within budget.
