Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field is desirable.
• Ability to manage staff rotas, training, and HR basics.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms and ad hoc areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment when required.
• Identify training needs and conduct on-site training where possible.
• Involvement with investigations of accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders per site budgets.
