Qualifications

• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or related field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise, with flexible working hours/days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms and other ad hoc areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and recruitment as needed.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible; maintain training records.
• Participate in investigations related to incidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels, and place orders within site budgets.
