Job summary

OCS Group is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead a dedicated cleaning team and oversee all cleaning duties across the site. The role involves managing rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment while ensuring on-time delivery of cleaning standards.

You will identify on-site training needs, conduct training where possible and maintain training records. Experience in HR compliance and customer service is valued, with flexibility to meet deadlines and adapt hours as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise, flexible with hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting with cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruiting new employees.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible, keep records.
• Involvement with investigation matters such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders within site budgets.
