Job summary

OCS Group is recruiting a Hygiene Manager to lead our cleaning team across site. You will oversee cleaning operations, manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment where required. Training on-site and basic HR compliance are part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in cleaning, excellent customer service, and the ability to meet deadlines with flexible hours. Access to a smartphone for attendance and schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Left to right: leadership experience in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience coordinating staff rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment as needed.
• Identify on-site training needs and maintain training records.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and submit orders within site budgets.
