OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager in Warrington to lead a busy cleaning team on site. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise staff, and ensure standards comply with health, safety, and quality processes.

Qualifications

• You must have right to work in the UK.
• Previous Manager/Supervisor experience in cleaning is desirable.
• Experience with staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, washrooms, and communal areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify training needs and record on-site training.
• Handle investigations into incidents and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and place orders.
