• Motivate and lead the cleaning team to achieve performance targets and goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients to understand cleaning requirements and expectations.
• Provide updates on cleaning operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies, equipment, and staffing.
