Job summary

Cotsford Primary in Peterlee is seeking two cleaners to join our team. The role involves cleaning duties after school hours, with a total of 9 hours per week across Monday to Friday, as detailed in the job description. DBS disclosure will be required if successful, and applicants should be able to uphold the school’s safeguarding commitments.

The post is not open to job-share. Interviews will be held during the week commencing 19 October 2026. Location: Third Street, Horden, Peterlee, SR8 4EH.

9 hours per week- 3.15 – 5.05pm Monday – Thursday, 3.15 – 4.55pm Friday.

Whole Time

Required to start as soon as possible.

The working hours are Monday - Thursday 3.15pm – 5.05pm, Friday 3.15pm – 4.55pm. The post is whole time which will require some cleaning during school holidays and you will receive an annual leave allocation which must be taken during school holidays.
