Job summary

Cranford Park Academy is looking for a part-time Cleaner (pm) to join a dedicated team in West London. The role demands reliable cleaning and a commitment to high hygiene standards during term time, with in-house health and safety guidance provided.

Hours are 12.5 per week (15:15–17:45), with term time plus inset days and 2 weeks to make 41 weeks per year. A rota will apply when colleagues are absent, and teamwork is essential.

We are looking to appoint a cleaner to join our dedicated, supportive team on a permanent basis. Candidates should be enthusiastic and passionate, with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A good level of general health and fitness is required. In house training including Health & Safety will be given where necessary.

During school closure, cleaning duties may vary throughout the school.

The successful applicants should be able to use their own initiative, but be a good team player.

Cleaning experience is essential. Experience of working in a school would be preferred but is not essential.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the school
• Undertake any cleaning in designated areas
• Be responsible for cleaning areas,, but in the absence of colleagues will be required to work on a rota
• Must be able to work within a team & individually, and have good communication skills.
