Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking a dependable Cleaner to join our education-site team in Canterbury. You will work Monday to Friday, 4:30pm to 6:30pm, performing a range of cleaning duties to keep classrooms and communal areas clean and safe.

The role requires previous professional cleaning experience and a current DBS check. You will work independently, follow cleaning procedures, and contribute to a welcoming environment for staff and students.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
• Valid DBS certificate is essential.
• Experience in an educational setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum classrooms, corridors and other designated areas.
• Clean and sanitise desks, tables and other surfaces.
• Pay particular attention to high-touch areas and shared spaces.
