Job summary

Coventry City Council is recruiting a cleaner for Stoke Primary School in Coventry. The role is 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, term-time only, with potential extra hours during school holidays for deep cleaning.

You will work under the direction of the Site Services Manager to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene around the school. The appointment requires a commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks, plus relevant safeguarding and pre-employment clearances.

What is the job role? We are looking to appoint a dedicated cleaner to join our friendly school. You will work as part of a team, working under the direction of the Site Services Manager and be committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene around the school. The post will be for 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (3pm - 5:30pm) Term Time only. There may currently be the opportunity for extra hours during the holidays to assist with a 'Deep Clean'.
