Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a part-time Cleaner for our Over 55’s sheltered accommodation at Hawthorne Court in Birmingham. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract.

You will maintain cleanliness in communal areas, kitchens and toilets, and ensure floors are vacuumed and mopped to a high standard. You should have COSHH knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for a Cleaner to join us at our Over 55's sheltered accommodation / LiveSmart scheme.

You will be responsible for keeping all communal areas of the scheme well maintained, including cleaning of the kitchen and toilets, keeping all floors vacuumed and mopped accordingly.

You will have knowledge of COSHH, health and safety and an awareness of safeguarding and have excellent attention to detail.

Closing Date: Monday 19th October 2026 at midnight.
