Job summary

St Joseph's Specialist Trust is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across the site near Cranleigh, Surrey. The role supports classrooms, offices and residential areas with careful handling of cleaning supplies and safe chemical practices.

The successful candidate will join the Estates and Facilities team, participate in Team Teach training during induction, and be committed to safeguarding pupils. DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks across offices, classrooms, washrooms and residential areas.
• Manage stock of cleaning supplies and handle chemicals safely.
• Respond promptly to spills and incidents.
• Complete deep cleaning per schedules and specifications.
• Support laundry, waste and recycling tasks.
• Assist with general estates and facilities duties as part of the team.
