Job summary

Norse Group LTD is seeking a reliable Cleaner for County Hall in Norwich on a part-time basis, working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 17:00–20:00. The role offers £12.71 per hour and includes full training, annual leave, pension and sickness scheme.

You’ll help keep the site clean, safe and welcoming and build positive relationships with clients and site teams. Previous cleaning experience is not required; a good attitude and pride in your work are valued.

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; right attitude and commitment to doing a great job are important.
• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is an advantage.
• Reliable and able to work independently with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and rooms including dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Clean restrooms and keep sanitary stations clean, tidy and fully stocked.
• Empty bins and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Build friendly and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Identify and report any defects, damage or maintenance issues.
• Take pride in your work and help create a clean, welcoming environment.

£12.71 Per hour

We're looking for areliable, friendly and hardworking Cleanerto join our team on a part-time basis, working 15**hours per week, Monday to Friday -17.00 to 20.00.**

You’ll play an important part in keeping the site clean, safe and welcoming for everyone who uses it, while building positive relationships with our clients and site teams.

What you’ll be doing

Every day will be about making sure the site looks its best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning floors and rooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Cleaning restrooms and keeping sanitary stations clean, tidy and fully stocked.
• Emptying bins and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Building friendly and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Identifying and reporting any defects, damage or maintenance issues.
• Taking pride in your work and helping to create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.

What we’re looking for

You don't need to have years of experience - the right attitude and a commitment to doing a great job are just as important.

Previous cleaning, caretaking or similar experience would be an advantage, and we're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, responsible and takes pride in their work.
• Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and using their own initiative.
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Aware of the importance of health and safety in the workplace.
• Professional and confident when interacting with clients and colleagues.
