Job summary

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping learners access their studies, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes within a welcoming and inclusive college environment.

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support across a range of curriculum areas
• Supporting learners with additional needs, including SEND, EHCPs, and learning barriers
• Assisting lecturers with classroom activities, differentiation, and inclusive learning strategies
