Job summary

Inspire Academy is seeking a Cleaner to join our premises team. The role covers cleaning duties individually or as part of a team in designated areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment under supervision.

The post is part-time (12.5 hours per week) and term-time only plus 20 days, with a salary of £8,395 per year. Closing date 1 November 2026 and start date 16 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Cleaning duties in designated areas as part of a team or individually.
• Must follow health and safety legislation and cleaning specifications.
• Ability to work under supervision and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks in designated areas to high standards.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in premises according to policies.
• Work under the guidance of the Site Manager/Caretaker and report issues.

Job description

Inspire Academy are seeking to appoint a Cleaner.

The role will cover undertaking cleaning duties, individually or as part of a team, the cleaning of a designated area(s) and ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. This will be carried out under the supervision of Site Manager / Caretaker within the premises to ensure high standards of premise care in accordance with cleaning specifications and current Health and Safety Legislation.

Paid Salary £8,395
