Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, bathrooms, toilets, auditoriums, conference rooms and accommodation areas, including making beds.
• Use cleaning equipment, materials, chemicals and PPE safely and correctly following instructions.
• Complete required training on time and attend team briefings and reviews.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, report accidents or faulty equipment to management.
• Build positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues, communicate effectively with the team and line manager.

What you'll do:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, bathrooms, toilets, auditoriums, conference rooms and accommodation areas, including making beds, in line with cleaning schedules.
• Use cleaning equipment, materials, chemicals and PPE safely and correctly, following instructions and completing tasks only when trained and confident.
• Complete all required training on time, develop skills and knowledge, and attend team briefings, meetings and performance reviews as required.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, uphold excellent personal hygiene, care for equipment and supplies, and report accidents, near misses or faulty equipment to management.
• Build positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues, communicate effectively with the team and line manager, and carry out other reasonable duties as directed by management.
