Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cleaner to join our friendly, supportive team in Stoke-on-Trent. This 8-hour-per-week role is scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays at £12.71 per hour. You’ll perform cleaning duties across kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets and offices, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Full training will be provided; PPE and COSHH procedures will be followed. You’ll need good communication and a reliable, team-oriented approach. BPSS checks may apply in some sites.

You’llplay an important role in keeping our facilities clean, safe and welcoming,ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.

You’ll work as part ofa team, helping with a variety of day-to-day cleaning duties.

What you’ll do: Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across areas such as kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets and offices.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and replenish supplies such as toilet roll, hand soap and sanitiser.

Follow all company policies, including infection control, security and COSHH requirements, and complete required training.

Work safely at all times by wearing the correct PPE and following Sodexo procedures.

Report any safety concerns, faulty equipment or other issues to your manager, and be flexible to support other areas when needed.

What you bring: Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential

• full training will be provided.

Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Willing to complete required training and follow all health, safety, security and COSHH procedures.

Willing to undergo the required security checks, including BPSS where applicable.
