Job summary

Bethany School in Kent is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join the Estates Team on a part-time, term-time contract. You will help provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 10.30am–5.30pm (32.5 hours per week) with some holiday working. We offer a contributory pension, subsidised meals, and a supportive working environment on a beautiful 60-acre campus.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Part-time, term-time contract carrying 32.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, stairwells and communal areas
• Maintaining school toilet facilities to a high standard
• Supporting the upkeep of our Food Technology facilities
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting throughout the site
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Assisting with cleaning requirements for school lettings and events

The Role

Working hours

• Monday to Friday
• 10.30am to 5.30pm

What you’ll be doing
