St Andrew's Church of England Primary Academy is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our school community. The role offers 11 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 3:15 - 5:30 and Friday 3:15 - 5:15, term time plus 2 weeks during school holidays, with a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will provide a good quality cleaning service to ensure a clean and healthy environment for pupils and staff. Training and support are provided; duties include waste disposal, floor cleaning, bathroom

• Excellent time keeping skills and been a reliable member of the team
• Experience would be beneficial however it is not essential as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate

Hours of work:11 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 3:15 - 5:30, Friday 3:15 - 5:15, to be worked during the school term time plus an additional 2 weeks during the school holidays

Position type: Permanent

Salary: £13.28 per hour

The aim of the role is to provide a good quality cleaning service that is responsive to the needs of the school, resulting in a clean and healthy environment for pupils and staff. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;

• Emptying waste bins
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
• Wiping down and dusting furniture
• Maintaining office/reception area
