Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our High Wycombe site. This part-time role is 25 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. You'll contribute to a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the site and receive on-site parking and access to staff benefits.

You'll follow schedules, use cleaning equipment safely and work flexibly across areas. Full training is provided to develop skills and ensure high standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services across the site.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily, weekly, periodic and specialist cleaning tasks.
• Use cleaning equipment, materials and products safely and correctly.
• Maintain clean, tidy and hygienic work areas.
• Achieve required cleaning quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, PPE, uniform and fire procedures.
• Report accidents, near misses, equipment faults and other concerns to management.
• Look after cleaning equipment, materials and supplies and report any defects.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers, clients and colleagues.
• Attend team meetings, briefings and training as required.
• Work flexibly across different areas of the site when required.
