Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Cleaner for White City Living in West London. You will keep shared spaces pristine, service facilities such as lounges and pools, and support a premium living environment with meticulous hygiene and presentation.

You will work Wednesday to Sunday 08:00–16:00, enjoy 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and benefit from pension and training opportunities as part of a supportive team. DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in residential, hotel, leisure or similar environments.
• Familiarity with poolside or health club areas and related hygiene standards.
• Experience using professional cleaning machinery and safe handling of chemicals.
• Knowledge of COSHH and best‑practice health and safety in a cleaning context.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role where service and presentation mattered.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairways and high‑traffic areas to agreed standards.
• Servicing facilities such as lounges, cinemas, pools and changing areas.
• Carrying out periodic deep cleans and touch‑point sanitising.
• Managing waste and recycling, including bin stores and collection prep.
• Replenishing consumables and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Reporting defects, hazards and incidents promptly to the management team.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will keep shared spaces, facilities and back‑of‑house areas spotless, safe and welcoming for residents and guests. You’ll follow daily cleaning schedules, respond to requests, and support the wider on‑site team to deliver a premium living experience. You’ll take pride in presentation, hygiene and high standards, every shift.
