Job summary

King’s Gate Primary School in Amesbury is seeking a reliable and friendly Cleaner to join its welcoming team. You will help keep classrooms, toilets, corridors and staff areas clean, safe and ready for young learners.

This is a part-time, permanent role for 10 hours per week at a rate of £13.28 per hour. Training is provided, and the school supports a family-friendly environment with clear safeguarding commitments and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy and punctual.
• Able to work independently.
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, toilets, corridors, and staff area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Following school health & safety procedures.
