Job summary

Stantec is expanding its Process Engineer – Clean Water role across the UK, with opportunities in Birmingham, Redditch, Derby, Cardiff, Bristol or Exeter. You’ll join a team tackling water treatment challenges, applying your chemical or process engineering knowledge to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable water supplies for communities.

Working with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll contribute to process calculations, design drawings and technical reports while developing

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or a related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards chartership.
• Experience in process engineering, ideally in Clean Water or related water treatment environment.
• Understanding of process engineering principles and their application to water treatment.
• Ability to contribute to technical calculations, design documentation and engineering reports.
• Awareness of health and safety principles and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of process engineering solutions across Clean Water projects.
• Contribute to process calculations, design drawings, technical specifications and reports.
• Assist with assessing treatment options and developing process designs.
• Coordinate design activities with senior engineers, project managers and other disciplines.
• Develop skills and take on greater responsibility as experience progresses.
