Job summary

Stantec is expanding its Clean Water team across the Midlands, Wales and South West, recruiting a Process Engineer – Clean Water in Birmingham (and other locations). You will work on design calculations, process design, and reports, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.

Ideal candidates will be degree qualified in Chemical/Process Engineering, Chartered Engineer or on track, and have experience in water

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards registration.
• Experience in process engineering, ideally Clean Water or water treatment.
• Ability to contribute to technical calculations, design docs and reports.
• Awareness of engineering standards, HSE principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design calculations, process designs and technical reports.
• Coordinate design activities with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop deliverables across feasibility, conceptual and detailed design stages.
• Support optioneering and assessment of treatment technologies.
