TMET is a growing family of 13 schools in Leicester and Leicestershire. We believe that together we make a positive difference – to the life chances of our children, our communities, and each other. Many organisations say that their staff are their greatest asset; at TMET, we truly believe it.
As a family of schools, we use our collective strength and talents to make a positive difference to our children, young people, and communities. Every person who works for TMET has a role in helping our children succeed, from caretakers to teaching assistants to IT professionals.
At the heart of all we do is a commitment to provide our children with access to a world-class education, support our schools effectively, and develop our staff professionally. Our people are our greatest asset, and we are always looking for ways to help them grow their careers. We have a brilliant team of staff who support and encourage each other within and across our schools and the central Trust.
