Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Contract: Maternity Cover - Part-time (0.4FTE, Monday's and Tuesday's)
Salary: MPS1 – MPS6 (£31,650 - £43,607)
Start date: ASAP

Victoria Primary School is looking to appoint a part-time Class Teacher for maternity cover. First-time visitors to Victoria Primary School are always surprised: we are a culturally diverse inner-city estate school where our team’s high academic expectations are evident and our pupils are obviously eager to please. The teacher we appoint can expect to:

2. be supported by – and/or contribute to - dedicated peer lesson study time, personalised coaching, action research, directed early career study, and the mentoring of undergraduate or postgraduate trainee teachers.

4. receive dedicated PPA and CPDL entitlement
5. engage with ongoing development and support through the Nova Education Trust and the Torch Teaching School Alliance
