Woodfield School is seeking an experienced teacher with a strong commitment to inclusive education and SEND. The role involves motivating learners, promoting a positive learning environment, and collaborating with the wider school and Trust teams to support inclusive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in teaching young people with SEND and be flexible, resilient, and capable of delivering specialist teaching across 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings, while fostering

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to motivate young children and build on their successes.
  • Have had previous experience of teaching young people with SEND.
  • Be able to undertake and manage staff to deliver specialist teaching on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.
  • Be a motivational teacher for all abilities ensuring learning is engaging, stimulating and inclusive.
