Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Casual Class Instructor to lead Aqua Fit and Pilates sessions and inspire participants to move more. You will teach safe, fun classes, answer participant questions about goals, and help craft engaging workouts for all fitness levels in a supportive environment.

This flexible role operates on an as-needed basis with no fixed hours, and includes a 10% market supplement. The council offers a welcoming, inclusive workplace and hybrid working options, with commitments

Salary: £16.35 - £17.47 per hour

Are you enthusiastic about fitness and eager to spread the joy of movement? Join our team as a Class Instructor, opportunities in Aqua Fit and Pilates, to inspire others on their path to enhanced well-being and happiness.

As a Class Instructor, you will be teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, as well as helping customers with their queries regarding their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include creating engaging workouts, supporting participants of all fitness levels and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

We are seeking a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for exercise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with participants on a personal level.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.

This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
