Job summary

Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Tipper Drivers to join a well-established client on an ongoing basis. You'll drive Class 2 tipper vehicles and deliver aggregate materials to construction sites, quarries, and commercial locations, following scheduled routes.

All recruits receive full training, health and safety guidance, and support from a friendly local team. The role offers regular weekday work, a 6:45am start, and weekly PAYE pay with a £250 sign-up bonus after

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 1 year Class 2 driving experience.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Tipper Drivers to join a well-established client on an ongoing basis. Whether you're experienced with tipper vehicles or looking to gain new skills, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

The Role:

As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Driving Class 2 tipper vehicles
• Delivering aggregate materials to construction sites, quarries, and commercial locations
• Completing deliveries safely and efficiently while following scheduled routes
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and adhering to all health and safety procedures

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:45am start
• Average 10-hour shifts
• Ongoing, regular work

Pay & Benefits:

• £250 sign-up bonus after completing your first 10 shifts
• Weekly pay (PAYE or PAYE Advanced)
• Minimum 8 hours' pay per shift
• 2-3 days of fully paid client training

What We're Looking For:

To be considered, you'll need:

• A valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 1 year's Class 2 driving experience
• A good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Excellent timekeeping and a professional attitude

Previous tipper experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
