Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy Waste & Recycling operation in Oxford.

Pay rates include £18.00 per hour (Mon–Fri), £23.94 on Saturdays, and £27.00 on Sundays, plus a £150 New Driver Bonus after 160 hours.

You will drive a Class 2 refuse vehicle, perform daily checks, liaise with loaders, and follow health and safety procedures on planned routes.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 90 days recent Class 2 driving experience.
• Reliable and flexible attitude.
• Waste industry experience preferred but not essential.

New HGV Driver Bonus: £150 after 4 weeks work based on 40 hours minimum each week worked - Total of 160 hours or 20 shifts

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour
• Saturday: £23.94 per hour
• Sunday: £27.00 per hour

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday

Drivers must be flexible to work:

• AM Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• PM Shift: 12:30pm - 7:00pm

(Shifts are planned in advance.)
