Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Class 2 HGV driver for night shifts at Magna Park, Lutterworth. The role covers delivering car parts on a 48-hour contract with starts typically between 22:00 and 00:00, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will handle 10–15 drops per shift and operate in a safety-conscious manner.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle checks and drive safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to Highway Code and road safety standards.
• Assist with manual handling of goods when required.

Pay Rate: £42,942 based on a 48 hour contract
Grade: RCS grade P

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Nights, starting between 22:00-00:00
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth LE17 4XP

We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL SHIFT MAY INVOLVE

• Working Monday to Friday nights - start times between 22:00-00:00
• Multi drop of car parts to between 10 - 15 delivery points per shift
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Flexible to cover starts between 22:00-00:00 across 12 routes throughout the Midlands and East Anglia
• Ideally have 12 months recent LGV Cat C driving experience
