Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Class 2 HIAB Driver (Brick Grab) for the Store to Home team in Sheffield (S2 4DR). The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00 and contracted to 40 hours per week, delivering B&Q products to customers with a smile.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• HIAB licence with brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries politely and effectively, ensuring deliveries arrive in good condition and rapport is built with customers.
• Support B&Q with vehicle loading when needed and notify office of delivery issues to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and communicate clearly if issues arise.
• Transport customers’ goods safely onto the kerbside in an efficient manner.
