Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Class 2 HIAB Driver (Brick Grab) for the Crew area (CW1 6BA). The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £34,444.80 per year and overtime opportunities.

You will deliver goods, assist with loading when needed, and provide excellent customer service on every delivery. Benefits include 28 days leave, dental insurance, a pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Cat C entitlement.
• HIAB licence with brick grab (ALLMI or equivalent).
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no recent disqualifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries politely and effectively, ensuring deliveries arrive in excellent condition.
• Support B&Q loading when needed and alert office to delivery issues to keep work moving smoothly.
• Inform customers of ETA and communicate delays clearly and courteously.
• Transport goods safely onto the kerbside and in an efficient manner.
