Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Class 2 HIAB Driver (Brick Grab) for the Crew area (CW1 6BA). The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 07:00 start, 40 hours per week, delivering exceptional service on every run.

You will handle deliveries for B&Q, loading and unloading as required, maintaining strong customer rapport and ensuring timely, safe deliveries. GXO offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence with category C entitlement and HIAB brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no recent DR/DG/DD/BA/CD/AC/LC/TT99 endorsements within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries politely and effectively, ensuring every delivery arrives in excellent condition.
• Assist with loading when needed and coordinate with Store/Hub office for delivery issues so operations run smoothly.
• Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and communicate any issues clearly and courteously.
• Ensure goods are transported safely to the kerbside and in an efficient manner.
