Job summary

GXO is seeking an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver (Brick Grab) to join the Store to Home team in Stockton (TS18 2SA). The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 07:00 start, contracted to 40 hours per week.

You will deliver quality products and provide excellent customer service on every delivery. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence (category C), a valid HIAB brick grab ticket, Driver CPC, and a Digital Tachograph Card, with no more than six points and no restricted

Qualifications

A full UK driving licence with category C entitlement (required).
A valid HIAB licence with brick grab ticket (ALLMI or equivalent).
A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
No more than 6 current penalty points.
No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within 5 years.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries politely and effectively, ensuring every delivery arrives in excellent condition.
Assist with loading when needed and communicate delivery issues promptly to keep operations moving smoothly.
Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and any delays in a courteous manner.
Ensure goods are transported safely onto the kerbside and delivered efficiently.
