Job summary

Driver Hire Bury St Edmunds in Ipswich is seeking a Class 2 HGV Tanker Driver to join our client team. The role starts ASAP and involves driving a Class 2 tanker, collecting liquid waste, and working Monday to Friday with 7am starts across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge & Essex.

You must hold a full UK manual Cat C entitlement, CPC and Tachocard, and be eligible for the role with up to 6 penalty points. Training will be provided; ADR not required, and previous tanker experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Licence with Cat C Entitlement
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachocard
• Previous tanker experience preferred
• Have no more than 6 effective penalty points
• No DG, DD or IN endorsements

Responsibilities

• Working Monday to Friday with 7am starts driving a Class 2 tanker vehicle.
• Collecting liquid waste and dealing with septic tanks and soakaway issues.
• Working areas include Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge & Essex.
• Must be able to work on own initiative and comfortably use hand-held technology.
